Please read the policies below as the following terms and conditions govern your enrolment and payment at Soulevé. To be permitted to participate in any activities conducted by Soulevé, you will be required to read and accept these terms before commencing.
Soulevé has the right, and at our sole discretion, to amend, vary, delete, or add to these terms and conditions without prior notice, although significant changes will be notified to you. The Terms may be revised at any time by updating this posting
Data Protection Policy
I hereby provide my consent and agreement to the collection, use and disclosure of my Personal Data by Soulevé for the following purposes (collectively and singly, under the PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT 2012):
Maintaining my account and membership, making available to me and allowing my participation in any event hosted by Soulevé.
Updating and providing me with information pertaining to any event hosted by Soulevé.
Sending me advertising and marketing materials in relation to products and services by Soulevé, which Soulevé reasonably believes may be of interest to me based on my selected preferences during my registration for events, and/or our other communications.
Transacting payments (whether offline or online) to Soulevé or any of its associated entities, principals, or vendors where such payments have been authorised by me.
Purchase and Refund Policy
All purchase and transactions are final.
Refunds will be dealt with on an individual case-by-case basis.
Health Waiver Release
I acknowledge that I am fully aware of and understand the potential risks involved in participating in physical fitness activities. I voluntarily assume those risks and consent to participate in the event. I accept that, as with any exercise or conditioning activity, there is a possibility of injury, ranging from minor to major, and in rare cases, catastrophic injury or death. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Soulevé or its related parties for any personal injuries, property damage/loss or wrongful death whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
It is your responsibility to let Soulevé know if you have any injuries and/or limitations and to be mindful at all times of your own body’s capabilities during the event.
Food and Beverage
By participating in any Soulevé event, you acknowledge and agree that any food and beverages provided are consumed at your own discretion and risk. While reasonable care is taken in the selection and handling of all food and drinks, Soulevé and its partners make no guarantees regarding allergens, dietary suitability, or specific ingredient contents.
Participants are responsible for informing themselves of any food allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions prior to consumption. Soulevé shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions, illness, injury, or damages arising from the consumption of any food or beverages provided during the experience.
If you have specific dietary requirements or concerns, we strongly encourage you to refrain from consuming items unless you have independently verified their suitability.
Should alcoholic beverages be consumed, you acknowledge and consent to being of legal drinking age in the country/city it was served in.
Photography and Media
By attending any event conducted by Soulevé, you consent to being photographed and/or filmed.
These images and videos may be used for promotional purposes in all manners for any product or services, or other lawful uses as may be determined by Soulevé.
If you do not wish to appear in any media, kindly inform Soulevé before the event begins.
Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards each other and the event environment.
Soulevé reserves the right to remove any participant from the event without refund for disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful behaviour.
